I doubt it will work (Disney rarely ever reverses decisions like this), but it's definitely worthwhile to let them know how we all feel.
I'm certainly bummed that VMK is closing...

Reply:I can tell you that contacting these people won't get you anywhere. They're forwarding all emails to Customer Service, and deleting voicemails. Slamming them is hurting, not helping, your case.
Reply:I know over at vmkforums a number of us are contacting Disney. We're using the "profitable for Disney" angle - that if they turned it into a pay to play game in order to keep it they would have a ready made customer base.

How can I set up an email campaign in Outlook where emails are sent automatically on set dates?
I can't use an outlook "add-in" due to corporate firewall. I have a series of 15 emails I send to clients over the series of 90 days. Now I'm manually using outlook task series to remind me and then I manually have to send. yuck. How do I automate this so the emails are sent out automatically? I don't want to have to generate each email and place in outbox to be sent at a later date. any ideas??
How can I set up an email campaign in Outlook where emails are sent automatically on set dates?

Can we start an email campaign to save this London landmark from demolition?
I live in London and I've just heard that a really famous indoor antiques market in Islington is being sold off to developers.
It was built in 1850 and has about 50 little shops in it. It's great to walk around in and has loads of good stuff (not dear - I'm poor and I buy stuff there!). The owners want to sell it off for 'redevelopment' and have told the little shopkeepers they are getting evicted.
If you could get all your mates to email the Council in protest, it might just work (doesn't matter where you are in the world - tourists come over specially to visit it) - maybe put it on your Facebook entry!
Here's an article about the mall:
http://www.thecnj.com/islington/2008/011...
and here is the mall's website:http://www.themallantiques.co.uk/
Please email: planning@islington.gov.uk quoting the reference number P080135.
Thanks a million! (ps. I'm just a customer, not a shopkeeper!)

Has anyone started an email campaign against Mugabe?
Surely, now Mugabe is turning out/preventing anyone from helping the the starving in Zimbabwe SOMEONE will DO something to stop this ogre.
Can anyone devise an email scheme whereby individuals send emails to Mugabe 'supporters' in Africa to make them aware of the abhorrence of the majority of the world at his despicable actions and at LEAST shun this monster?
I cannot understand how any society or Government that calls itself civilised can standby and watch all this happening.
At the very lowest level this could cause the recipients some inconvenience.
Please people, DO something.
I am about to send some emails to South African Embasy....

Ever hear of a spam filter?
They will never even see your emails.
Reply:why should the world be upset with mugabe? the world created his reign of terror. i guess you don't remember all of the crap on college campus' twenty odd years ago against apratied? well the un caved into this crap and turned more than rodeasia into black control and now you have what the world created. since blacks want to deprive other blacks of the freedoms that they had under white rule (i am not trying to sound racist here) and because it didn't work out they way it should have now the world and you think that something needs to be done. if change needs to come then it should come from the black community that is being oppressed and not the world. if the people can not raise up against the governemnt they why should others care or get involved in something that is a black problem? before black rule in zimbabwe all people had it pretty good even the blacks all had jobs and homes and money in their pockets. now under black rule they have nothing even though the blacks are ruling the country. you should be directing you outrage against the united nations and not governments in africa even though most are now under black governments. mr doodles
Reply:Why bother??
Zimbabwe voted the man into power.
He was their champion against white rule.
Why should I or any other UK citizen now worry about a population that wanted rid of us in the first place??
They really can't have their cake and eat it too..!!
Self inflicted I'm afraid.
The other African nations are backing Bobby Mugabe to the hilt. South Africa to name but one.
So let them sort it out between themselves.
Reply:He thrives on opposition though; in his twisted mind it proves he is "right" and the rest of us are an evil conspiracy against him.
Reply:Yes, i sent him one saying that a Nigerian woman wants to marry him. lol. If he sends a few $million her way.

Help with my email campaign!?
I am looking to advertise my business via email and would love some ideas on how to go about this. Is there a list I can buy? If so where? Can it be by Zip Code? How do I know it is a current list? Thank you in advance!
Help with my email campaign!?
Hello! What ever you do, use video! It is powerful, efficient and economic. Do you have a website where people can "opt in"?
Do you have an address book that you can do an initial blast out and ask them to pass it on?
For the most powerful email marketing around, check out the
website below for some ideas under Video Streaming. Even if you do have to buy a list from somewhere, using vmail will really impact your business and hits to your website!
If you would like to receive a vmail, email me directly!
Good luck

Information on Email Campaign.?
How effective is email campaign for a business. How does the process works %26amp; What are the dos and donts of email campaign?
Information on Email Campaign.?
Ok to use e-mail marketing you will need an auto responder that complies to spam regulations. They have to be able to opt out at any time.
How it works you first need to have a landing page or lead capture on your site. In this you need to give some thing away that is relevant to your site it could be a free coarse or e book.
the aim of the give away is to get their e-mail address. Then the auto responder comes it to play. This collects their e-mail address though the opt in form you supply on the site or landing page also know as squeeze page.
Your auto responder will deliver a series of e-mails in sequence to the subscribers. These are preset up by you previously, each subscriber will move down the line of e-mails.
You cannot do this efficiently with out a auto responder sending one or two e-mails is easy sending hundreds is not.
Here is some examples of a landing page.
http://www.e-mail2u.net/optin/recipes.ht...
http://www.e-mail2u.net/acne.htm
The do's
always offer some thing for free and use double opt in this requires them to confirm their subscription. Always have an opt out link at the bottom of each e-mail.
